When you've decided to let us build your web site, Neera will send you a questionnaire to help you start thinking about your coaching specialties and how you would like to see them represented in your site. It may take you between two hours and two days to finish the questionnaire, depending on how many hard decisions you have to make. When you're finished, you will email or fax the questionnaire back to Neera and schedule the first of two hour-long interviews with her. In the first interview, Neera will help you think through your coaching options and refine the messages you want to convey in your web site. Your homework after the first interview will be to write the content of three pages: At the second interview, Neera will help you polish your page context language until it says exactly what you want. When you've written the web site content, John takes over and will send you yet another questionnaire to ask you about the technical parts of the web site: When you have returned the questionnaire to John, he will register your domain name and create an initial web site using the content that you prepared with Neera and information from the questionnaire you just filled out. During a one-hour telephone meeting, you and John will do the final tuning of your web site: adjusting the color scheme to your liking, making last-minute changes to the text and the pictures, and generally making the site just what you dreamed of. When you're satisfied, John will do some last minute technical activities like adding search keywords and page titles and registering your site with major search engines. And congratulations: you're online with your first web site!
